Inside the TaylorHare Architects website design
TaylorHare Architects is built with WordPress. Its pages are built from hero, footer, contact, editorial, and CTA sections, shown here in full-page captures and a scroll recording. Typography: Isola Book. Palette: #FFE0E0, #604040, #808060.
TaylorHare is a RIBA award winning chartered architects practice, registered with the AA in Denmark, the ARB in the United Kingdom and the AIA in the USA. Its visual style is minimal, editorial, and photographic, with split hero, footer, and text link among its components.
Why we picked it
A cream background and small terracotta circles give large full width photographs of barns, farmhouses and aerial landscapes room to breathe, letting the buildings sit in their landscapes rather than being cropped tight. Short, rounded headlines paired with narrow columns of italic detail keep the pace slow and calm, matching a practice that talks about land and setting.
What to look for
- Hero: a specific headline instead of a generic slogan
- Footer: grouped navigation with clear column headings
- Contact: a direct email or a short form
- Editorial: expressive typography with comfortable reading measure
