Inside the Kelvin website design
Kelvin is an entertainment website built with custom code and GSAP. Its pages are built from navbar, hero, stats, gallery, process, testimonials, pricing, FAQ, contact, and footer sections, shown here in full-page captures and a scroll recording. Typography: Kalnia (display text) and Hubot Sans (headings and body text). Colours: background #F1EDE4, text #110D19, secondary text #5B5664.
Kelvin is a three-night music festival filmed through thermal cameras and projected back into a former power station in Rotterdam. 23–25 July 2027. Its visual style is bold, typographic, and colourful, with navigation bar, hero, and stat block among its components.
Why we picked it
A huge rainbow-gradient wordmark splits the page into a cream top and black bottom, echoing the thermal imagery used throughout in hot pink, yellow and blue. Large serif headlines and bold stat numbers pace the long page into clear chapters, while thermal-camera crowd photos make the heat concept easy to grasp at a glance.
What to look for
- Navbar: a short menu: only the destinations visitors actually look for
- Hero: a specific headline instead of a generic slogan
- Stats: three or four numbers that matter to the buyer
- Gallery: minimal interface around the images
